  • Tiffany Moniz, MA, CCC-SLP, is the owner and founder of Speech Therapy Solutions. A licensed speech-language pathologist with specialized training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, she values individualized support to improve communication, voice, and swallowing in people with neurological conditions. She is a strong advocate in her community for ethical, compassionate care. Tiffany opened her private practice in 2020 and lives in Lancaster, PA with her husband and two children.

  • Mr. David D. Haught was commissioned a second lieutenant in the U.S. Army following his graduation from Widener University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting.  Dave’s overseas assignments include Germany, Korea, and Iraq.  His command and staff experience includes Battery Commander, Assignment Officer, Battalion Executive Officer, Assistant to the Director of the Army Staff, DIVARTY S-3, Battalion Commander, Brigade Commander, Corps Artillery Commander, and Director, Information Operations Proponent.  He completed a 29+ year career as Division Chief, Joint Requirements and Assessments, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8, Headquarters, Department of the Army, the Pentagon.  Following active duty, Dave served as the Program Director, U.S. Army Force Management School; Senior Military Analyst, Deputy Chief of Staff, G-3, Headquarters, Department of the Army, the Pentagon; and Assistant Professor, U.S. Army Command and General Staff School Satellite Campus at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  In addition to his BS degree, he has a Master’s of Science in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Master’s of Military Art and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.

    Dave was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in December 2019.  He decided to approach the diagnosis with a positive attitude and fight the disease.  He has been an active member of the gym at Crush PD Fitness since joining in May 2021.  Crush PD Fitness is a small local gym dedicated to treating people with Parkinson’s.  There are few programs like it.  The program is based on boxing protocols and consists of cardio, strength, cognitive, flexibility, nutritional, and well-being regimens.  Dave has participated in four research studies at the University of Delaware.  He is an active participant in the Michael J. Fox Foundation Parkinson's Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) Study.  The landmark PPMI Study gathers information over time to learn more about how brain disease starts and changes and how to stop it.  Dave stays current on treatments and other Parkinson’s news by participating in a local support group comprised of Parkinson’s Patients and members of their circle of care.  He is excited about the opportunities ahead and will optimistically approach them as he strives to make a difference and be part of the solution in the work that the Neuro Neighborhood will pursue.
